Nutrition with Holistic Health Consultant Meka Taulbee

In an attempt to become overall more healthy, Cora participated in a customized Nutrition program with Holistic Health Consultant Meka Taulbee. Cora kept track of what she was eating for a week to see where she was and how she could do better.

Cora agreed to take some supplements to help as well as making some better food choices. She could easily see she had eaten an abundance of refined sugars during that week. We also discussed how we look at labels of processed food and try to only choose foods with 5 or less ingredients.
